The PPS Seminar, organized by the Technopreneur Club on 29th and 30th July 2022, took place in the CE/IT Department's seminar hall at Government Engineering College, Modasa. The event featured inspiring speeches from HOD MB Chaudhary Sir and Rahul Vaza Sir. The sessions covered important topics from chapters 1 to 13, focusing on key questions likely to appear in the GTU exams. On both days, participants engaged in live coding solutions, Q&A sessions, and online quizzes. The seminar aimed to help students excel in the PPS subject, foster connections between seniors and juniors, and boost interest in coding. Attendees were required to fill out a Google form, attend the full two-day session, and participate in quizzes to receive an e-certificate. The seminar also encouraged students to bring their own laptops for a better coding experience. The event aimed to enhance technical skills and prepare students for exams.
Government Engineering College, Modasa was established in 1984 under the Directorate of Technical Education, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar in North Gujarat region with a view to spread out technical education in the region and hence promote industrial development. The institute was affiliated with Hemchandracharaya North Gujarat University (HNGU), Patan from 1984 to 2007. The institute is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad from 2008. It is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
