The Drawing Competition, organized by the Technopreneur Club on 28th March 2023, took place at the CE/IT Department from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. The event featured 18 participants (12 boys and 6 girls), all showcasing their artistic talents. The competition aimed to engage students in a creative exercise, allowing them to express their hopes and dreams for the future through their drawings. Participants were given drawing sheets and asked to sign their submissions. After the competition, the drawings were collected and submitted to Faculty Coordinator Prof. Rahul Vaza for evaluation. Student coordinators Parikshit Karmur and Dushyant Solanki assisted in organizing the event. This competition provided a great opportunity for students to display their creativity and innovative ideas in a fun and engaging way.
Government Engineering College, Modasa was established in 1984 under the Directorate of Technical Education, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar in North Gujarat region with a view to spread out technical education in the region and hence promote industrial development. The institute was affiliated with Hemchandracharaya North Gujarat University (HNGU), Patan from 1984 to 2007. The institute is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad from 2008. It is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
