Gujcost sponsored Design Lab., Design Innovation Centre, GTU-Spoke, Government Engineering College, Modasa and Electronics and Communication Engineering Department organized FIVE Days Project Symposium & Expert Talk On“STM32 microcontroller on STM CUBE†from 24th May 2021 to 28th May 2021 through online platform Google meet. Prof. C R Parekh, Head of EC Department welcomed our respected Experts during every session. There was 42 participant registered in this event through the registration link. Two best projects, awarded with 1st & 2nd rank in TECHNOTHONE 2K21, were demonstrated with real-time functioning for better understanding. The project symposium was very interactive. During the project symposium, 8th sem students, the designer of the project, had answered all queries related to the project. As a prerequisite of this workshop, we had arranged a basic session of “Embedded System and Embedded C †for a better understanding of the upcoming sessions and recall the required fundamentals of Embedded C programming. Prof. Sameer Mansuri had delivered a hands-on session on Embedded C using CODE BLOCK software. The Participant was enjoyed during sessions. Prof. Priyank Patel had demonstrated an IOT application using Micro-Python. He had also taken a hands-on session on Micro-Python. Prof. Bhavik Brahmbhatt had conducted two sessions on “Model-Based Programming†using 32 bit STM 32F407VG microcontroller, waiting for Blockset of Simulink/MATLAB. During a session, he had shown LED interfacing, push-pull switch, LCD interfacing, and sensor interfacing with STM32F407VG microcontroller. Ankit Patel and Dhruv Panchal had conducted a hands-on session on “PCB design†using eagle Software. They had discussed and explained all steps which should be followed whenever eagle software to be used for PCB designing. The participants have benefited from the various concepts and hands-on STM32F4 microcontroller on STM CUBEMX. It will help the participants to get an insight into the latest trend and technology.
