The Department of Mechanical and Automobile Engineering have Organized "A Webinar On A Quick Look into 3D Printing" on 12th August 2022. The program was coordinated by Dr. P. M. Mistri under the Guidance of Dr. J. A. Vadher and Dr. U. V. Shah, H.O.D., Mechanical and Automobile Engineering Department respectively. More than 100 students have actively participated in the program. Mr. Nishad Joshi, Expert in additive manufacturing, University of Central Lanchashire, England (U. K.) had delivered the session. The session was more practical and he has shown live, manufacturing of 3D part. It was really in interesting and informative webinar.
Government Engineering College, Modasa was established in 1984 under the Directorate of Technical Education, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar in North Gujarat region with a view to spread out technical education in the region and hence promote industrial development. The institute was affiliated with Hemchandracharaya North Gujarat University (HNGU), Patan from 1984 to 2007. The institute is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad from 2008. It is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
