AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS training under RUSA component 12 for Mechanical Department students at CIPET, Ahmedabad

Total 56 students from Mechanical Engineering Department have registered and completed 400 hrs training of AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS under RUSA component 12. The main aim of the course was to make participants industry–ready in design field to make their design fundamentals clear. After completing this programme, participants would be able to: (i) Carry out preparation for making 2D mechanical drawings as well as 3D Modeling (ii) Make new drawings & 2D mechanical drawing using AutoCAD (iii) Generate 3D models along with assemblies & sub-assemblies using Solidworks (iv) Static structural analysis of Product (v) Work safely following health & safety standards All the participant students’ assessment was carried out by third party agency Team Lease Skill University, Vadodara (TLSU) at CIPET, Ahmedabad. All the students cleared the assessment and acknowledged by certificate.
