Training Program on Microsoft Teams

2-hour training program on Microsoft Teams was arranged on 02/07/2020 for faculty coordinators of each department. Total 10 faculties from different departments have attended the program. Training program was conducted in two halves. In first half, presentation was given about Office 365 and Microsoft Teams. In second half, hands-on practice was arranged. Each faculty members were practically taught how to executes the points discussed in presentation. Faculties have themselves added data of students, and staffs. They have also scheduled the class. This training is sufficient to explore the Microsoft Teams for conducting the lectures online. Necessary resources are shared to further study the functionality of Microsoft Teams. Looking at the current scenario of COVID-19, the proper care of social distancing was taken during the training program. Sanitization facility was also made available at the entry point of seminar hall.
