On June 21, 2024, our college celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and participation. The event aimed to promote physical and mental well-being among students, faculty, and staff. The celebrations began early in the morning with a mass yoga session on the college grounds, where around 100 participants, including students and faculty, gathered to practice various yoga asanas and breathing exercises. The session was led by a yoga instructor who guided everyone through a series of postures, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
