Creating an Impactful LinkedIn Profile and Effective Resume Building Using AI Tools

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Government Engineering College, Modasa, organized a workshop on “Creating an Impactful LinkedIn Profile and Effective Resume Building Using AI Tools” on 27th July 2025 at 11:00 a.m. The event was designed to guide students in developing a strong digital professional identity through LinkedIn and in preparing AI-assisted resumes tailored to industry requirements. Students from 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th semesters of Mechanical Engineering actively participated in the workshop. The workshop was coordinated by Dr. P. M. Mistri, Prof. M. G. Patel, and Prof. H. I. Chaudhari, with an insightful presentation delivered by Prof. M. G. Patel, Dr. P. M. Mistri, and Prof. H. I. Chaudhari. The event was organized under the guidance of Dr. U. V. Shah, Head of the Department, and with the encouragement and support of Dr. J. A. Vadher, Principal of the institute. The session proved highly beneficial in motivating students to create professional LinkedIn profiles, build networks, and design impactful resumes, thereby preparing them for a successful transition from campus to career.
